How to make your leave go further

Public-holiday planning

  • Spain combines national, autonomous-community and local holidays, so regional selection matters.
  • Holy Week and Easter can be valuable, but exact non-working days differ by autonomous community.
  • Constitution Day and Immaculate Conception in early December can sometimes form a strong “puente”.

Regional and calendar caveats

The planner combines weekends with supported public-holiday data and can use first-level regional calendars where the dataset provides them. Employer-specific, municipal and sector-specific days can still differ.
